No one wants to deviate. Not only a waste of time, gas and energy, but also can be very frustrating. That is why when the first GPS (Global Positioning System) used civilians passing by the end of the nineteenth nittiotalet rushed out to buy them. But as with new technology, early examples of this is not too strong or accurate. In fact, not until the new millennium that the military sanctions lifted on civilian GPS units, the precision increased from 100 meters to 20 meters.
